The Process
INTAKE
A form will be sent to provide information about your current situation and desired outcome or priorities for the consultation. You will be asked to summarize your goals, process for review, and current challenge, or opportunity.
You may be asked to provide documentation ahead of the meeting.
CONSULTATION
We will meet for our virtual consultation to review and discuss your topic, confirm priorities and desired outcome. An additional series of questions will be asked to help you get clear on your next steps, obtain valuable feedback and guidance towards creating your action plan and establishing accountability for the team.
SUPPORT
You and the team will have access to continued feedback and guidance via email for up to 3 weeks. This email support will help you finalize your process, challenge or opportunity and be ready to implement across your business. *Maximum of 3 revisions and/or 10 emails.

$300 / hour

Online Intake / Discovery Process to understand your needs

A 60 Minute Virtual Consultation Meeting to review, provide feedback and outline next steps for the team

Email Support with you / team to help with implementation
* Limited to one topic per consultation
* Limited spaces available per month
* After your initial Consultation, a 10% discount will be offered to purchase multiple consultation hours to continue working together to provide accountability check-ins (monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual packages)
